Capes are such a cute way to look cute while freezing your butt off! :)
These are perfect to throw over a dress or even a long sleeved shirt.
Some have slits for your arms and some just drape over your torso.
So many retailers are offering their version of the cape.
I have seen them go for $400 and then I've seen them for $20.
