Sorry for the scarf repeat...

Obviously, I am really loving this tartan scarf.

I think the pattern is perfect for the Winter/Holiday season.

The day after Christmas, we had quite the snow day.

As a non-Yankee, I was super excited!

I am so in love with how the pine trees look when they are covered in snow.

These boots are some of my favorites of all time.

I was browsing around on Facebook one day when Fab'rik posted

Leopard & Stripes

We are finally back in the South where land is flat and the ground is green.

My husband is from Pittsburgh so we were spending Christmas with his family.

I love being able to experience the Holidays in the North.  It really makes it feel

more like Christmas when you wake up to the ground covered in snow.

Another thing that I was loving about the weather, I was finally able to break out 

my heavy coats and warm accessories.  I don't exactly have much need for

a wool coat in Savannah.  So, I made sure to pull out all the stops...scarves, gloves, tights, and coats!

This coat was given to me by my wonderful hubby for Christmas.

It was the perfect gift for a southern girl in the snow :)

Tacky or Trendy?

Have you ever been to one of those Tacky Christmas Sweater Parties?

They are the best!

Whoever came up with this idea is GENIUS!  

I always look forward to this time of year to see everyone

post their pictures from their parties.

So, while shopping looking around online,

I came across tons of sweaters that I 

would say are Tacky Christmas Party worthy.

kind of trendy and I would totally sport them 

just on a cold winter day.

Stocking Stuffers Galore!

Stocking stuffers are so much fun!

It's all of those small items that can be so exciting.

I was definitely an outsider as a child because I

Holiday Gift Guide

I can't believe it is almost December!  Great things happen in December...my birthday, Christmas, and then New Years Eve!  I just love the holidays and everything that comes with it.  I LOVE to decorate so any excuse to do so is a-okay with me!  While Christmas can be very exciting, it can also be very stressful.  Having a long list of people to buy for can be very overwhelming.  Therefore, I always suggest getting an early start on things.  I am a bit of a control freak planner so I have already finished shopping for pretty much everyone on my list.  So, I thought I would help those less crazy organized people get their shopping done.
